What is the best route to get to KOVO Glamp?

For the smoothest drive, we recommend staying on the highway until you reach Subic.

  • Take NLEX and continue to SCTEX.

  • Important: Even if Waze or Google Maps suggests exiting at San Fernando or Floridablanca, we recommend staying on SCTEX until the Subic/Tipo Exit. This avoids town traffic and offers a much faster, more comfortable drive.

  • From Subic, follow the signage toward Zambales.

  • You will pass through the towns of San Narciso and San Felipe before reaching Cabangan.

KOVO Glamp is located on the beachfront on your left side. You can find our exact location by searching “KOVO Glamp” on Waze or Google Maps.

Is there a minimum length of stay at KOVO Glamp?

There is no minimum stay required; however, we do not offer day trips. While a single night is welcome, we recommend staying for two nights to fully enjoy the pool, the sunset views, and the quiet pace of the beach.

Do you allow day trips?

We do not offer day trips. Our facilities are designed exclusively for overnight guests to ensure a private and quiet experience for all families staying with us.

Do you accept walk-ins?

To maintain a private and organized experience for our guests, we encourage booking through our website in advance. Since we operate with only a few domes, availability for walk-ins is rare and cannot be guaranteed.

Can we book the entire resort for a private group?

Yes. You can reserve all six domes for exclusive use of the property. This is ideal for family reunions, intimate weddings, or small corporate retreats looking for a completely private beachfront stay. Our standard capacity for exclusive bookings is 24 guests; however, if your group is slightly larger, please contact us directly to discuss custom bedding arrangements and how we can best accommodate your needs.

What time is your check-in and check-out time?

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

Arrival Tip: To ensure every dome is thoroughly prepared to our standards, we stick strictly to our 3:00 PM check-in. If you arrive early, you are welcome to enjoy a meal at Iris by KOVO or relax by the pool while we finalize your room.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

We provide up to 2 hours of complimentary early check-in or late check-out when the schedule allows. For extensions beyond 2 hours, a rate of ₱1,500 per hour applies. Please note that these requests are subject to availability to ensure we have enough time to prepare the domes for the next guests.

What should I bring for check-in?

To ensure a smooth arrival, please have the following ready:

  • Identification: A valid government-issued ID for all registered guests.

  • Booking Confirmation: A digital or printed copy of your reservation.

A few tips for your stay:

  • Sun & Sand: While we provide umbrellas, we recommend bringing your preferred sunscreen and beach footwear.

  • Adventure: If you plan on trying the local trekking or river activities, don’t forget to pack a pair of sturdy outdoor shoes or aqua shoes.

  • Personal Items: We provide handmade soaps and shampoos, but feel free to bring any specific personal care items you prefer.

What happens if there is bad weather on my booking date?

Your safety is our priority. If an official government advisory (such as a severe weather warning or road closure) makes travel to Cabangan unsafe, we will allow you to reschedule your stay within six months at no additional cost.


Please note that standard rainy weather, without an official safety advisory, follows our regular cancellation policy.

Do you have baby accessories available?

To make traveling with children easier, we can provide cribs with mattresses upon request (subject to availability). Each dome is also equipped with a mini-fridge for your convenience. If you require additional freezer space for breast milk storage, our kitchen team at Iris by KOVO is happy to assist—just let us know in advance.

Do the domes have bathtubs?

Our domes are designed with spacious private bathrooms featuring hot and cold rainfall showers.

Can we cook inside the domes?

To maintain our safety and ventilation standards, cooking and the use of external heating appliances (such as portable stoves, induction cookers, or grills) are strictly prohibited inside the domes.

Our in-house kitchen at Iris by KOVO is available to handle all your dining needs, ensuring a comfortable and smoke-free environment for your stay.

How close is the beach to the domes?

The beach is directly in front of the resort. For our Beachfront Domes, you are just a few steps from the sand, while our Nature Domes are less than a minute’s walk to the shoreline.

How deep is the infinity pool?

Our infinity pool features a graduated depth ranging from 3 feet to 4.5 feet. It includes a wide, shallow step area specifically designed for toddlers to stand safely, as well as a sunken bubble section for relaxation.

What are the infinity pool hours?

The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Whether you want an early morning swim as the sun comes up or a quiet dip under the stars after dinner, the pool is available throughout the day for our guests.

Do you have accommodations for drivers or household staff?

As a boutique resort with a limited number of domes, we do not have on-site quarters for drivers or additional household staff. However, there are several nearby lodging options in Cabangan that we can recommend. Please contact us ahead of your stay, and we would be happy to help you with these arrangements.

Is there parking available on-site?

Yes, we provide on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles. While our parking area is monitored, we always encourage guests to secure their personal belongings inside their vehicles.

What is the maximum room capacity?

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, each dome is designed for a maximum of four (4) guests. We can accommodate a fifth (5th) guest only if they are a child aged 12 or below, sharing the existing bedding or using a crib.

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

Currently, our domes and common areas were designed with elevated entrances and steps, and are not fully wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure all our guests have a comfortable stay, so if you have specific mobility needs, please contact us before booking. Our team will do our best to discuss the layout with you and provide as much assistance as possible.

Are the drinks in the mini-fridge complimentary?

Yes, a selection of complimentary drinks is provided in your mini-fridge upon arrival to welcome you to the resort.

What amenities are included with my stay?

We want you to carry the KOVO experience home with you. You are welcome to keep the following:

  • Consumables: Our handmade soap and shampoo bars, dental kits, and the refreshments in your mini-fridge.

  • The KOVO Beach Bag: Your complimentary beach bag is yours to keep and reuse for your future travels.

Resort Property: Items such as our bathrobes, towels, linens, and decorative pieces are intended for use during your stay. If you’ve fallen in love with our robes or towels, they are available for purchase.

Do you have TV in the domes?

We don’t have TVs in the domes as we designed the space for quiet rest and quality time. If you’d like to watch something during your stay, we offer movie nights with a big projector for a relaxed, cinematic experience.

What if I forget my device charger?

Don’t worry—we have a selection of common USB-C, Lightning, and Micro-USB chargers available for guests to borrow upon request (subject to availability). While we don’t carry chargers for all laptop models, we are happy to assist with your mobile devices to keep you connected.

Do you have backup power and water?

Since we are located in a peaceful, secluded part of Zambales, local utility services can occasionally be unpredictable. To ensure your comfort, KOVO Glamp is equipped with a backup generator and a dedicated water storage system. While we strive for a seamless experience, we appreciate your understanding should minor fluctuations occur due to our coastal location.

Is there Wi-Fi available for work or streaming?

Yes. We have universal chargers for most phones, tablets, and laptops available upon request. Just let our team know if you need one during your stay.

Can non-staying guests dine at your restaurant?

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi in the common areas and inside each dome. While our connection is generally stable for messaging and browsing, the speeds may vary due to our secluded location. We invite you to use this opportunity to “unplug” and enjoy our in-dome projectors, but our team is always available if you need assistance with connectivity.

Can non-staying guests dine at Iris by KOVO?

Yes, we welcome outside guests to dine with us. However, as we prioritize the comfort and privacy of our staying guests, seating is subject to availability. We highly recommend making an advance reservation to ensure we can accommodate your group.

Can we bring food and drinks from outside?

You are welcome to bring light snacks and beverages to enjoy in your dome. However, to maintain the cleanliness of our domes and the quiet atmosphere of the resort, outside meals that require cooking, heating, or heavy preparation are not permitted. For a full dining experience, we invite you to enjoy the curated menu at Iris by KOVO. We simply ask that any outside beverages are brought in reasonable quantities for personal consumption.

Is there a corkage fee?

At KOVO Glamp, we want you to feel at home. We do not charge a corkage fee for outside beverages. We simply ask that you bring drinks in reasonable quantities for your group’s personal consumption. To maintain our quiet and family-friendly atmosphere, we discourage excessive amounts of alcohol and ask that all drinks be enjoyed responsibly within your dome or at your private terrace.

Is breakfast included in the stay?

Yes. Every dome reservation includes complimentary breakfast for two (2) adults. We also extend this to two (2) children aged six and below, served exclusively from our Kids Menu. For any additional guests or older children, breakfast can be ordered separately from our main menu at the restaurant.

Can we book food delivery apps like Grab, Foodpanda, or local riders?

Food delivery services are not available in our area. We recommend pre-ordering meals in advance or enjoying our on-site dining options at Iris by KOVO during your stay.

Does Iris by KOVO serve alcohol?

Yes, our menu features a choice of chilled beers, fine wines, and select spirits. In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, we focus on the classics rather than a cocktail or party-oriented bar menu.

What cuisine is served at Iris by KOVO?

Our kitchen specializes in modern comfort food, featuring a thoughtful blend of local Filipino favorites and familiar international classics. Our menu is designed to be soulful and satisfying, utilizing fresh ingredients to create elevated versions of the dishes you love most—perfect for a relaxed meal by the beach.

Can we organize a party or event at KOVO Glamp?

To preserve the tranquil and exclusive atmosphere of our resort, we have a strict no-party policy for individual dome bookings. While we are happy to help you celebrate small, quiet milestones (such as birthdays or anniversaries) with your registered guests, disruptive gatherings, loud music, and external décor setups are not permitted in the common areas.

Can we bring a loudspeaker?

To preserve the peaceful and serene atmosphere that our guests come to enjoy, large loudspeakers and high-decibel sound systems are strictly prohibited. You are welcome to use small, personal Bluetooth speakers inside your dome at a considerate volume. However, the use of speakers in shared outdoor areas—including the pool, dining area, and beach front—is not permitted. We encourage you to enjoy the natural sounds of the ocean and the quiet beauty of the resort.

Are drones allowed at the resort?

We welcome the use of drones to capture the beauty of your stay! We simply ask that you fly them with care and respect for the privacy of other guests. Drones should not be flown directly over other occupied domes or low over shared spaces like the pool and dining area. If you are looking for that perfect aerial shot, our team can help point out the best spots on the beach where you can fly freely without disturbing others.

Do you allow a scheduled photoshoot?

Guests are more than welcome to take photos and videos for personal use and social media. We love seeing your KOVO memories! We only ask that you remain mindful of the privacy and comfort of other guests while filming.

Any photography or filming involving professional equipment (lighting rigs, reflectors, etc.), multiple outfit changes, or intended for commercial/brand use is subject to a separate photoshoot fee and must be scheduled in advance.

Do you allow weddings at KOVO Glamp?

Small ceremonies or milestones for staying guests can be accommodated with prior coordination.

For weddings or parties involving external guests or evening receptions, booking all six (6) domes for exclusive use of the property is required. This ensures your group has private access to the infinity pool, Iris by KOVO, and the beachfront for a truly personal celebration.

Does KOVO Glamp provide water sports?

While we focus on providing a peaceful and restful environment, we are happy to help you arrange your beach adventures. While KOVO Glamp does not directly operate water sports, our team can connect you with trusted local providers along the beach for activities such as surfing, paddleboarding, or boat tours.

Is the beach safe for swimming?

We encourage you to enjoy the beautiful shoreline! However, please be mindful that the ocean conditions in the West Philippine Sea can change rapidly. Swimming is at your own risk, and we do not have active lifeguards on duty. We kindly ask that parents closely supervise children at all times and stay aware of local tide conditions.

Is KOVO Glamp pet-friendly?

To ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all our guests, we maintain a strict no-pet policy. Because our domes feature specialized materials and linens, we prioritize maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and air quality. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the resort a serene space for everyone.

Is smoking allowed at the resort?

To ensure the safety of our structures and the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the domes. We maintain a smoke-free indoor environment to protect our specialized linens and materials. For guests who smoke, we have provided designated outdoor smoking areas within the resort grounds. We kindly ask that you use the provided receptacles to help us keep our beachfront clean.

Do you accept PWD and Senior Citizen discounts?

Yes, we fully honor the mandatory government discounts for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

  • Applicability: The 20% discount and VAT exemption apply to the individual share of the eligible registered guest for the room rate and food/beverage services.

  • Requirements: A valid government-issued Senior Citizen or PWD ID must be presented upon check-in to apply the discount to the final billing.

  • Non-Transferable: Discounts are specific to the eligible guest and cannot be extended to other members of the group or combined with other ongoing resort promotions or “exclusive use” packages.

What happens if I leave an item behind?

We will do our best to notify you if we find any items left in your dome after checkout. We will store found items for a maximum of 30 days, after which unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of.
