- Guest Agreement
- Acceptance: Completing a reservation and payment constitutes full acknowledgment and agreement to all KOVO Glamp Terms and Conditions. This includes acceptance of all posted safety signs, staff advisories, and local environmental regulations.
- Guest Responsibility: The registered guest is fully responsible for the conduct of all accompanying visitors. Any violation of property rules by anyone in the group may result in immediate eviction without refund and, if necessary, the involvement of local authorities.
- Professional Conduct: KOVO Glamp is a respectful, harassment-free environment. Aggressive or offensive behavior toward staff or other guests will result in immediate removal without refund.
- Management Rights: Management reserves the right to update rates, policies, and terms without prior notice for safety or operational reasons. Promotional offers and discounts are not combinable unless confirmed in writing.
- Reservations & Payment
- Booking Channels: Official reservations are made via kovoglamp.com or our verified social media and messaging channels (+63 976 388 5850). We prioritize written communication to ensure booking accuracy; official confirmations are issued only via stay@kovoglamp.com.
- Cashless Policy: KOVO Glamp is a cashless resort. All transactions, including the security deposit and on-site dining, must be settled via credit card or digital channels (Bank Transfer, QRPH, GCash, or Maya).
- Payment Schedule: A 50% downpayment is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least seven (7) days before arrival. Failure to complete payment or communicate with us by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation and full forfeiture of the downpayment.
- Taxes & Discounts: Rates include 12% VAT and local fees. Senior Citizen and PWD discounts apply only to the eligible guest’s individual share per Philippine law and cannot be combined with other promos.
- Check-in Requirements: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival for verification and mandatory registration.
- Rebooking & Cancellations
- Advance Changes (7+ Days): Changes made more than seven (7) days before arrival are eligible for a full refund or a one-time rebooking at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Late Changes (Within 7 Days): Within the 7-day window, cancellations are strictly non-refundable. Rebooking is permitted subject to availability and prevailing rates, but will incur a ₱2,000 rebooking fee.
- Validity: All rebooked stays must be completed within six (6) months of the original reservation date.
- No-Shows & Early Departures: Failure to arrive on the first night without 24-hour written notice results in full forfeiture of the booking. No refunds or credits are issued for late arrivals or early departures.
- Force Majeure: If KOVO Glamp must cancel due to natural disasters or government mandates, guests may choose to rebook within six (6) months or receive a full refund.
- Security Deposit & Damages
- Deposit Requirement: A security deposit of ₱10,000 per night (capped at ₱20,000 per stay) must be settled via our approved digital methods before room access is granted. Refunds are processed immediately after check-out, pending a clear inspection.
- Assessment & Deductions: Any damage to the dome structure, furnishings, appliances, or equipment—including missing items—will be assessed immediately upon check-out. The cost of repair, specialized deep cleaning, or full replacement will be deducted directly from the Security Deposit.
- Specialized Cleaning & Smoking: A mandatory deep cleaning or replacement fee applies to any irreversible stains, odors (including smoke), or damage to linens, mattresses, and towels. Smoking inside the domes is strictly prohibited; violators will be charged for full deodorization and deep cleaning in addition to any property damage.
- Liability Beyond Deposit: If the cost of damage or replacement exceeds the Security Deposit, the registered guest remains legally responsible for the remaining balance, which must be settled before departure.
- Guest Capacity & Bedding
- Occupancy Limits: Each dome is strictly limited to four (4) guests. A 5th guest is permitted only if they are a child aged 12 or below, using existing bedding or a provided crib. We cannot accommodate guests beyond this limit; unauthorized groups will be refused entry or evicted without refund.
- Extra Bedding: One (1) additional adult bed may be requested for ₱2,000 per night. Please note that an extra bed does not increase the maximum allowable adult occupancy. Baby cribs are available for free, subject to availability.
- Breakfast Policy: Each dome includes complimentary breakfast for two (2) adults and up to two (2) children aged six (6) and below (from our Kids Menu). Breakfast for additional guests or older children may be ordered separately at the restaurant.
- Visitors & Substitutions: Day visitors are permitted, but only registered guests may stay overnight. Guest substitutions are allowed as long as the total count remains within the capacity limits.
- Exclusive Bookings: Any requests for additional occupancy for exclusive resort buy-outs must be approved in writing before arrival.
- Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard Timing: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is strictly at 12:00 PM.
- Late Arrivals: If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate your key handover with our night staff.
- Extensions: Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability. We may grant up to two (2) hours complimentary; beyond this, a fee of ₱1,500 per hour applies.
- Key Cards: All room keys must be returned during check-out. Lost or unreturned key cards will incur a ₱500 replacement fee.
- House Rules
- Safety & Conduct
- Quiet Hours: Observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Personal speakers are for indoor use only; amplified systems, karaoke, and large speakers are strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Items: Flammable materials, weapons, and illegal substances are not allowed. Violations result in immediate eviction and police involvement.
- Fire Safety: Smoking, candles, and open flames are strictly prohibited inside domes. Use designated smoking areas only.
- Bonfires: Guests using the bonfire area assume full responsibility for fire safety and all resulting damage or costs.
- Supervision: Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.
- Pool & Facilities
- Infinity Pool: Hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No lifeguards are on duty; children must be supervised at all times.
- Plumbing: Only toilet paper may be flushed to protect our water pump systems.
- Parking: Limited to 8 vehicles. KOVO Glamp is not responsible for vehicles or valuables left inside them.
- Pets: To maintain allergen-free accommodations, pets are not permitted on the property.
- Food & Photography
- Cooking: Bringing heating or cooking appliances (stoves, rice cookers, grills, etc.) into domes is strictly prohibited. Outside meals requiring heavy preparation are not permitted.
- Beverages: Outside drinks for personal consumption are allowed with no corkage fee. Please drink responsibly.
- Privacy & Drones: Commercial filming and external vendors require prior written approval.
- Environment & Wildlife
- Sea Turtles: Touching or disturbing nests is strictly prohibited by law.
- Eco-Commitment: Littering on the beach or in the ocean is strictly prohibited.
- Lost & Found: Items left behind are kept for 30 days before being donated or disposed of.
- Liability
- Personal Safety & Property
- General Waiver: KOVO Glamp and its owners are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage occurring during a stay, including the use of the pool, beach, and all shared facilities. Guests use the premises at their own risk.
- Valuables: We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. While we provide 24-hour security and CCTV in certain areas, guests are responsible for securing their own valuables at all times.
- Supervision: Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times, especially in the pool and beachfront areas.
- Third-Party Services & Utilities
- External Providers: Services arranged independently (boat rentals, tours, water sports, etc.) are not operated by KOVO Glamp. Any disputes or liabilities remain solely between the guest and the service provider.
- Utility Interruptions: While we have a standby generator, we are not liable for temporary interruptions in power, water, or internet caused by external factors. No refunds or credits will be issued for these disruptions.
- Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters or government-mandated closures, our standard rebooking and refund policies apply.
- Compliance & Enforcement
- Eviction: Guests who violate resort rules, cause disturbances, or create safety risks may be required to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.
- Final Provisions
- Governance & Interpretation
- Legal Governing Body: Any matters not expressly covered in these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Right of Interpretation: KOVO Glamp reserves the right to determine the appropriate application and interpretation of these Terms in the event of ambiguity or discrepancy.
- Authoritative Reference: KOVO Glamp is not liable for errors or outdated information on third-party booking platforms. Our official website (kovoglamp.com) serves as the final and authoritative reference for all policies and rates.
- Compliance & Updates
- Mandatory Adherence: Guests must comply with all resort rules throughout their stay. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Reservations are governed by the version in effect at the time of booking.
- Final Acceptance: Completion of check-in constitutes the guest’s full acknowledgement and legal agreement to all policies, rules, and regulations stated in these Terms and Conditions.
